OPPONENTS THAT SHOOT BACK
16-player arenas, live. Bots fill empty slots so there is always a match running, and they leave one at a time as real rangers walk in. Their deaths are worth nothing — the board only pays for people.
01 LIVE ARENA · ROUND --
Browser deathmatch against people who want you dead. Nothing to install, nothing to sign, nothing to connect. Sign in once and a Solana wallet is made for you. Top 5 fraggers of every round split the pool in SOL — straight to that wallet, with an on-chain receipt.
02 LIVE BOARD
Counted by the game server itself, not your browser. Scores reset to zero every round — only what you do in the next five minutes pays.

Projected take is this round's pool split by your current rank. It moves every time somebody frags — the payout that lands is settled on chain by the server. Needs 3 frags and at least 2 real players in the round to qualify.
03 THE MONEY
No claim button, no staking, no unlock. The round ends, the server pays, the receipt is public.
Kills on real players score. Bots keep the arena warm but pay nothing. Three frags puts you in the money.
Every five minutes the clock hits zero, the board locks, and the server reads the final scores straight out of its own memory.
The pool splits 35 / 25 / 18 / 12 / 10. Fewer than five qualify? The split renormalises over whoever did.
One transaction, usually inside 30 seconds, to the wallet made for you when you signed in. Every payout carries a Solscan receipt.
Each round puts up 6% of the prize treasury, floored at 0.05 SOL and capped at 0.5 SOL. Half of every $TRENCH creator fee is swept into that treasury automatically, around the clock — so trading volume feeds the prize pool without anyone pressing a button. Treasury and sweeps are both visible on chain.
Every rejection is written into the permanent round record. Full rules in the docs →
04 THE DIFFERENCE
Plenty of things in a browser will hand you a single-player campaign and call it a competition. This is a live server with other people on it.
16-player arenas, live. Bots fill empty slots so there is always a match running, and they leave one at a time as real rangers walk in. Their deaths are worth nothing — the board only pays for people.
Your browser sends movement and fire, the same as 1996. It cannot submit a score, because there is no endpoint that takes one. Payouts read directly from server memory, and cheat commands are refused.
No wallet popup, no signature, no approval, no seed phrase, no extension. You sign in with Google or an email code and a Solana wallet is created for you on the spot. That is where the SOL lands.
Touch controls appear automatically on phones and tablets — no keyboard required to take a round. Mouse and keyboard still win fights, but the arena does not turn you away at the door.
05 RECEIPTS
Pulled live from the treasury. Click any receipt to read the transaction on Solscan — nothing here is typed in by hand.

06 BRIEFING
There is no cover, no reload and no regenerating health. Move constantly, take every weapon you walk past, and never fight in a corridor you did not choose.
07 FAQ
No — there is nothing to connect. You sign in with Google or an email code and a Solana wallet is created for you in the background. There is no popup, no signature request, no approval and no seed phrase to write down.
No. Free to play, no entry fee, no token required, nothing to unlock. Holding $TRENCH is not required to play or to get paid.
The dedicated game server counts frags, and the payout system reads them out of its memory. The only thing your browser transmits is movement and fire commands. There is no API that accepts a score, so there is nothing to forge. Cheat commands are rejected server side.
No. Bot kills score zero, rounds with fewer than two real players pay nobody, every wallet and every network is capped at one payout per round and two per thirty minutes, and each rejection is written into the permanent round record.
If it runs a modern browser, yes. Nothing installs, nothing downloads to disk. Phones and tablets get touch controls automatically. A mouse and keyboard is still the way to win a duel.
No. Trench World is an independent arena shooter built on open community engine work, in the spirit of 1996 deathmatch. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by id Software, ZeniMax, Bethesda or Microsoft.
